1/25/2024 0 Comments Logitech shroud headphones![]() I've got a miniITX motherboard so there's only one slot. It takes 3.5 slots so when plugged in 1st slot it takes all the space for the 2nd slot and I'm able to use my 2 lower PCie slots (x4 and x1) Look at you board and check how many PCie slots you have, I have an ASUS TUF 7900XTX that's a tad bigger ![]() TLDR: Could someone who has a Gigabyte 7900XTX OC measure the card, take a picture to finally confirm the real, actual size against inconsistent card dimensions listed on manufacturer websites. Where's this 4mm gone? Why are all of them off by a margin? Does this margin include minimum space for airflow needed? I have the 5600XT Thicc 3, stating 44mm thickness yet I measured it with myself and it's only 40mm thick. So who's wrong here? Not only that, but my own GPU that I current have have different sizing listed from what I actually have. 2mm thinner but side by side pictures I can see that it's bigger. However when looking at sizing online, reference model states it's a 52mm thick card however Gigabyte says their physically bigger card is only 50mm thick. Online it says its a 50mm thick card, meant to be bigger than the reference 7900XTX. Looking at this model in fact, or maybe reference 7900XTX.Ī new problem however that I wasn't expecting when doing my research, all of the stated card measurements seem way off, mainly just inconsistent. Doing my own measurement, I have about 52mm~ or thickness clearance where the PSU shroud begins, it has some cutouts for airflow. Looking to upgrade my GPU, bottleneck out of all things is my lack of space, mostly the thickness.
